Orders are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

Delivery time may vary based on customs procedures, destination rules, and courier availability.
3. International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination country, weight, and size of the package.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Free international shipping applies only if mentioned or during specific promotions.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments will be free of customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees levied by the destination country.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your full international address, postal code, and contact number are accurate.
Incorrect or incomplete details can lead to:

Return to origin (RTO)
If a parcel returns due to incorrect information, reshipping charges will apply.
8. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Issues
If the courier is unable to deliver because:
Address was incorrect
Customer was unavailable
Delivery was refused
Then:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
No refunds for returned or abandoned packages
Re-shipping can be arranged with additional charges
9. Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos and video.
Lost packages will be investigated with the courier partner.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after courier confirmation.
