At SEEMAHANDICRAFTS, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
Size issues (unless size exchange is available)
Color variations due to lighting/mobile display
Customized or made-to-order items
Clearance/discounted sale products
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for size issues, and depend on stock availability.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange shipping charges may apply.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are provided only in cases of:
Wrong item shipped
Damaged product
Defective product
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.
Refund Time:
5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
5. Non-Delivery Due to Customer
If the parcel is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Phone not reachable
Order refusal
Then reshipping charges will apply. Refunds in such cases are not applicable for COD orders.
